I reside in Windsor Township with my wife and two children. I enjoy traveling, camping and working on my truck. In my spare time, you will find me backpacking in the woods. I am an active Republican and strongly believe in the United States Constitution and our constitutional rights. As Constable, I will uphold the United States Constitution, the state laws of Pennsylvania and policies of Windsor Township.

During the last 6 years, I have faithfully fulfilled my duties as Constable. I have also volunteered at many local events—from working at the food pantry, helping with law enforcement charity events, community walk and talks, and assisting with National Night Out. During the pandemic, I spent time securing various healthcare and transportation hubs in peacekeeping functions. I pride myself on volunteering over 400 hours per year to serve the community.
I am an active member of the Commonwealth Constable Association. In 2018, I was named Member of the Year from the Commonwealth Constable Association.
As a youth, I was active in The Boy Scouts of America where I achieved the rank of Life Scout, the second highest rank in the Boy Scout Program. My son and I participate in the Scout program with Chapel Church Troop 155. I have been active for over ten years, first as Cubmaster then Scoutmaster. I currently hold the position of the Committee Chair. The troop and I assist the local community with many outreach opportunities, including the township electronic recycling program.
I have also worked as a Deputy Wildlife Conservation Officer for the Pennsylvania Game Commission. While working with the Game Commission, I donated my time to assist with the Hunter Education program as an Instructor.
I can be reached at 717-693-3526 if you have any questions about me or the office. I welcome your call.
As Constable of Windsor Township I will continue to work with state organizations, legislators and other constables to help bring change to the Pennsylvania Constabulary.
The duty of the constable is to uphold the law fairly and firmly. To pursue and bring to justice those who break the law. To keep the peace. To protect, help, and reassure the community. And to be seen to do all this with integrity, common sense, and sound judgment
This has become lost on some in the constablary who believe our only function is to work the courts. Constables may serve the court, but are not required to.
Constable’s are considered to be the "Peoples Peace Officer" because of their Constitutional origin. And as elected officials they are independent of other governing bodies. This gives the Constable the freedom and authority to perform his duties according to statute. In the interest of justice. As the elected Constable it's my job to work for the people.
Constables are also charged by Pennsylvania statute with maintaining order at election polls and ensuring that no qualified elector is obstructed from voting
A Constable is a sworn Law Enforcement/Peace Officer that can arrest for felony crimes, dog, and forest law violations, and breaches of the peace committed in his presence, or by warrant anywhere in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Constables are also empowered by the PA Vehicle Code to direct traffic.
Constables are not elected or appointed for their own needs, they are elected to serve the needs of the people who elected us. We serve the communities, we keep the peace and order
