As the elected Constable for Windsor Township, my first and most important job is to work for the people. I have and will always participate in community relations events. I enjoy being able to volunteer and give to the community.
Pennsylvania state law requires the constable of each borough, township, or ward--or their appointed deputy--be present at the polling place in each district during voting
Constables are charged with keeping order at the election polls and ensuring that no qualified voter is obstructed from voting.
Constables are the only law enforcement officer permitted at the polls on Election Day, excepting those requested by the Constable or Judge of Election for assistance.
I have been present at every election since being elected Windsor township constable.
This is a duty I take very seriously and will continue to do so.
